How do we provide service above and beyond the standard janitorial staff? We start by maintaining an extensive checklist of your facility. We then provide meticulous oversight of your own cleaning staff to ensure every task is completed. We maintain extensive communication with you, providing periodic report cards and quick, effective response to your concerns. As a cleaning/consulting service, we’ll also provide you with an overall cleaning audit, which will inform you of any general OSHA compliance requirements that may have been overlooked.

Service Guarantee
Our work is guaranteed to the complete satisfaction of the customer. If you are not completely satisfied with the services provided by Capital City, we will, at the option of our customer, either refund the price, or accept a portion of said price that reflects our customer’s level of satisfaction. Upon final payment of your invoice, we will assume you have been satisfied. Furthermore, if you ever receive an invoice without first authorizing the service and/or the price, you are not obligated to pay for that service. We have chosen cleaning methods and products, which will not create a negative situation for your furnishings, and have invested in the proper tools to perform our work.
